User Agreement
These general Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between you (the Customer) and ISEND Money Transfer Pvt. Ltd., Kathmandu, Nepal, operating as a cross-border payment service. By using this website (URL Here) and the services associated with it, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below. The legal relationship between ISEND Money Transfer and the customer is a valid contract, fully expressed by this agreement. If there is any contradiction between these terms and those of a specific service, the specific service terms will prevail.
Scope of Application:
- Money Transfer Services for International Segments:
ISEND Money Transfer provides services for the issuance and receipt of individual and bulk transfers, both sporadic and permanent, for international money transfers.
- Transactions:
Transactions include scenarios in which the consent of the payer is transmitted digitally, and payment is made through the operator of the network, who acts as an intermediary.
Usage Guidelines:
- Personal Use Only:
You may only use ISEND Money Transfer to receive money by family and friends. Using the service for commercial purposes is prohibited.
- Legal Purpose Requirement:
All money transfers must be for legal purposes, and by using this service, you ensure compliance with our AML-CFT (Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing) policy.
- Prohibited Actions:
You may not send or receive money on behalf of other individuals or entities, nor send money to someone you do not personally know. Fraudulent recipients exist, and caution is advised.
- Service Speed:
The speed of the money transfer service may be impacted by factors including, but not limited to:
- Approval by the anti-fraud verification system.
- Recipient country banking hours and system availability.
- Operating hours of receiving agents.
Service Fees & Liability:
- Transfer Fees:
In consideration of the use of the services, you agree to pay the required transfer fees for each money transfer.
- System Malfunctions:
ISEND Money Transfer is not responsible for technical malfunctions that occur outside of its proprietary system.
- Intellectual Property:
You agree not to display, use, copy, or modify any intellectual property associated with ISEND Money Transfer in any manner without proper authorization. ISEND brand name, logo and related trademarks and service marks, owned by ISEND company, are registered and/or used in Nepal, Singapore, Australia, USA and many foreign countries.
Personal Information & Privacy:
- Data Processing:
Your personal information is processed under applicable law and is controlled by ISEND Money Transfer under the Data Protection of Privacy Act, 2021 of Nepal.
- Use of Cookies:
